Gugure! Kokkuri-san revolves around the daily life of a little girl named Ichimatsu Kohina and Kokkuri-san, a handsome low level fox ghost with long white hair who she accidently summoned. At first the fox ghost only intended to haunt her but got worried about her living all alone and devotes himself to do chores as if he was her mother. Other ghosts, including the dog ghost Inugami who is infatuated with Kohina and the old good-for-nothing supernatural raccoon Shigaraki, decide to follow her as well!
(Kohina Ichimatsu is a little girl who summons a Kokkuri-san, a lower-ranking ghost in Japanese folklore. The Kokkuri-san she calls ends up being a white-haired handsome, young man. Although he had intended to merely haunt her at first, he becomes worried about her terrible eating habit of cup ramen for every meal, so he decides to haunt her in order to protect her. To complicate matters, Kohina's doting dog spirit, Inugami, and no-good tanuki, Shigaraki, join them).
The self-proclaimed doll Hina summoned the Kokkuri-san. Kokkuri-san, worried about Kohina, latches onto her, but is toyed with by her. The dog ghost Inugami and the transformed tanuki Shiragaki end up living there as well, and so the Kokkuri-san's troubles are tripled. A girl who sees ghosts, sometimes handsome guys, and sometimes cute animals! A not-so-everyday-life fluffy comedy! TV anime Gugure! Kokkuri-san, starting broadcasts on Sunday, October 5 at 1:05 a.m.

[manga 4-koma(1): (Yonkoma manga (4コマ漫画, "four cell manga", or 4-koma for short), a comic-strip format, generally consists of gag comic strips within four panels of equal size ordered from top to bottom. (They also sometimes run right-to-left horizontally or use a hybrid 2x2 style, depending on the layout requirements of the publication in which they appear.) Though the word yonkoma comes from the Japanese, the style also exists outside of Japan in other Asian countries as well as in the English-speaking market).]
