NHK Enterprises opened a website announcing that a third series of Oshiri Kajiri Mushi (Bottom Biting Bug), the weekly anime inspired by the hit children's song of the same name, will premiere on the NHK-BS Premiumchannel on October 6 at 6:25 p.m.

Masatsugu Arakawa will replace Kaori as co-director with Masayuki Kojima, but the studio Kinema Citrus is again animating the series. Issei Futamata will join the cast as Ichihei.

In the season's first episode, the main characters form a detective team after everyone in town wakes up to find their toothbrushes stolen.

The first season ran for 20 five-minute episodes and second season ran for 32.Crunchyroll streams the anime.

Tornano le gag comiche che hanno per protagonista Oshiri Kajiri Mushi XVIII, un insetto di 10 anni che frequenta la Scuola per Mordere e che vuole ereditare il negozio di Morsi della sua famiglia. La seconda stagione "si focalizzerà sull'empatia". 

Oshiri Kajiri Mushi (letteralmente, l’Insetto Mordi-Sedere) è stata una canzone da hit-parade, nata dal programma musicale per bambini Minna no Uta nel 2007 e che ha venduto circa 300'000 copie. Dopo il successo ottenuto nell'autunno 2012 è stata adattata in una prima serie anime, di 20 episodi da 5 minuti l’uno; mentre la seconda serie anime ha debuttato il 30 settembre 2013, ed è durata 32 episodi.

Masayuki Kojima torna alla regia, ma non sarà più affiancato da Kaori, invece questa volta sarà più affiancato da Masatsugu Arakawa, nel ruolo di aiuto regista; Pierre Sugiura cura la sceneggiatura; mentre il character designer Uruma Delvi disegnerà nuovamente i personaggi; il tutto sempre presso lo studio Kinema Citrus.

The official website for second season of the Log Horizon anime announced the series will be animated by Studio DEEN unlike the previous season that was animated at Satelight. The 25-episode series will premiere in Japan on NHK's E-Tele channel on October 4.

The adaptation of Mamare Touno's novel begins when 30,000 Japanese gamers are trapped in the fantasy online game world Elder Tale. What was once a "sword-and-sorcery world" is now the "real world." Shiroe, Naotsugu, and Akasuki join together to survive.

Touno debuted his novel on the user-generated content site Shōsetsuka ni Narō in 2010. Motoya Matsu then launched his Log Horizon Gaiden Honey Moon Logs manga adaptation in ASCII Media Works' Monthly Comic Deneaki Daioh magazine that same year. Kazuhiro Hara began serializing the main manga adaptation on Enterbrain's Famitsu Comic Clear website in 2012 also, and Koyuki began drawing another manga called Log Horizon ~Nishikaze no Ryodan~ in Fujimi Shobo's Age Premium website in 2012.

Yen Press licensed both the original novel series and Kazuhiro Hara's manga adaptation for releasenext year.

Shinji Ishihira is returning to direct the series with series composition by Toshizo Nemoto. Tetsuya Kumagai (Skip Beat!) is replacing Mariko Ito as character designer. Masakazu Miyake (Humanity Has Declined) is replacing Yuki Nomura as art director, Imari Katsuragi (Pupa) is replacingTomomi Murakami as color designer, and Shinyo Kondo (Is This a Zombie?) is replacing Yuujirou Yamane as the director of photography.

Veteran gamer Shiroe and other players have been trapped in the world of the online game Elder Tales for six months. The once chaotic city of Akiba has regained its everyday hustle and bustle following the formation of the self-governing organization Round Table Meeting. The earthlings, who are originally from the game world, have gained the trust of Shiroe by waging a defensive war against the Goblins in Zantleaf Region. This has led Princess Rayneshia of the Cowen family, the highest-ranking Earthling Aristocrats, to live in Akiba.

It's almost winter, and the Adventurers are thinking about what they're going to do and what their goals are in this other world. Will they remain in Akiba or go to the city of the West? Or will they travel to the land of the North or another faraway country? The opinions of the Adventurers begin to diverge. What adventures await the members of the Shiroe team in this second series of Log Horizon?

L'emittente televisiva pubblica nipponica NHK,  dal sito ufficiale dedicato a questa seconda stagione, ha annunciato che gli episodi dell'anime saranno nuovamente 25.

La serie di light novel di Mamare Touno  inizialmente sono state trasposte in anime dallo studioSatelight, dando vita ad una prima stagione che ha potuto godere di un successo non indifferente; ma ora scopriamo che la seconda stagione invece sarà animata dallo Studio DEEN.

Il primo episodio è atteso per il prossimo 4 ottobre. Yun*chi tornerà anche in questa stagione per curare l'ending dell'anime, che prende il nome di Wonderful Wonderful World;i ritorno atteso  anche per i Man with a Mission, che torneranno con la loro Database, insieme a Takuma cantante dei 10-Feet. 

Antefatto: 30.000 videogiocatori rimangono intrappolati nel gioco fantasy Elder Tale. Il protagonista, Shiroe, tenta di sopravvivere insieme al suo amico Naotsugu e alla bella assassina Akatsuki, in questo mondo fantastico di magia e di spada, che ora rappresenta la loro realtà quotidiana.
Il sito ufficiale ci anticipa brevemente quel che vedremo nelle prossime puntate: in questa seconda stagione Shiroe e gli altri dovranno vedersela con l'arrivo dell'inverno, quindi una serie decisioni dovranno essere prese al più presto: rimanere ad Akiba o andare nella città dell'Ovest? Oppure esplorare le terre del Nord o magari cercare posti ancora sconosciuti? Gli avventurieri non sono tutti d'accordo sul da farsi. Quali avventure attendono la squadra di Shiroe in questa seconda stagione?

La novel ha debuttato online sul sito Shousetsuka ni Narou nel 2010. Motoya Matsu ha lanciato la sua versione manga, col titolo Log Horizon Gaiden Honey Moon Logs, sulla rivista Monthly Comic Deneaki Daioh della casa editrice ASCII Media Works durante il 2012. Ennosuke III: Kabuki Actor [1984]

This 35-minute documentary film is about Ennosuke Ichikawa, aka Ennosuke III, the third in a line of great Kabuki actors in Japan. Posted on December 9, 2013, Ennosuke's 74th birthday. We see him in the course of preparing for two major theatrical productions. The first is the 1979 revival of "Date no Juyaku," a five-hour play in which Ennosuke plays ten roles, both male and female, and has to switch back and forth, often in the middle of a scene! We also see him prepare a rarely performed classic play that's ten hours long and has only been revived in his lifetime by an amateur group in a rural village. Ennosuke travels there to consult with the amateurs and even recruits some of them to join his production in Tokyo. He tries to find ways to shorten the play and make it more accessible to modern audiences by including filmed segments. It's a fascinating process to watch. I was unable to determine the spelling of the title of this play, but a helpful viewer posted a comment below that identifies the title as: Oushuu Adachigahara, or: 奥州安達原. This film is narrated in English and was made by NHK.

Aquatic Language (水のコトバ Mizu no Kotoba) is a short nine-minute film written and directed by Yasuhiro Yoshiura. It aired 26 October 2002 in NHK BS1's, 10 min. theater slot.

Aquatic Language tries to relay to the audience the importance of language; and the need for communication. It mixes 2D and 3D visual techniques with dramatic camera movements and angles to enhance its dialogue.
